Slanted check valve, type 4020

Type 4020 check valve is a double flanged double eccentric valve with slanted seat for supporting fast opening and closing time. Full tightness is achieved with an elastomer-to-metal design. The standard version of type 4020 is with internal damper unit, but the valve can also be delivered without an internal damper unit. The internal damper unit slows down the closing of the disc and is used to prevent water hammer and slamming of the disc. No lever and counter weight is needed. The valve can be used in water distribution and water treatment applications, in power plants and in several other industries.
