Knife gate valve, type 7300

Type 7300 is a bi-directional knife gate valve and is a good choice when used for abrasive fluids such as pulp & paper, waste water, bio mass and mining slurries. Tightness in two directions will be secured with a resilient elastomer seal. The valve can be delivered with rising or non-rising spindle. Actuation is provided with a hand wheel, chain wheel, gearbox, pneumatic- or electrical actuation.

  • U-shaped seal: EPDM
  • Knife: stainless steel 1.4301
  • Tight in both flow directions
  • Spindle: stainless steel 1.4021
  • Flange connection dimensions to EN1092, PN10 or PN16
  • Operating pressure:
    • DN50 – DN600, 8 bar
    • DN700 – DN800, 6 bar
    • DN900 – DN1000, 4 bar
    • DN1200, 2 bar
  • Operation with hand wheel
  • Test standard according to EN12266-1
  • Certificate EN 10204 3.1

Corrosion protection:
